I once read on a box of tea that 90% of your joy and happiness is in who you marry. There is alot of truth to that Jo. God tells us not to be "unequally yoked with n unbeliever"

 2 Corinthians 6:14

Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?
